Help little hearts discover the beauty of Shabbat. 🌿
My First Shabbat is a Scripture-centered coloring and activity book created especially for little learners. Through simple coloring pages, tracing, counting, mazes, Hebrew words, and hands-on activities, children can begin learning why Shabbat is special and what it means to remember, rest, worship, rejoice, and delight in YHWH.
Inside, children will explore:
- YHWH as Creator and the seventh day
- remembering and setting Shabbat apart
- rest, family, worship, and joy
- reading Scripture together
- simple Hebrew words like Shabbat and Shalom
- Shabbat traditions and family rhythms
- counting, tracing, matching, and maze activities
- gratitude for YHWH’s Word, creation, and rest
Designed with large, easy-to-color illustrations and age-appropriate activities, this book is ideal for toddlers through early elementary-age children and can be enjoyed independently or together as a family.
Inspired by passages including Genesis 2:2–3, Exodus 20:8, and Isaiah 58:13, My First Shabbat helps children see that Shabbat is not simply a rule to follow—it is a beautiful, set-apart gift from YHWH.
Perfect for:
- Shabbat learning at home
- Torah-observant families
- homeschool
- congregation or children’s ministry
- quiet Shabbat activities
- family discipleship
